The EMEA Office of Vision Solutions is located near an exit on the freeway E40 between BRUSSELS and LIEGE/LUIK.

·         On the freeway E40 take exit number 23 named HAASRODE, BLANDEN, WAVER, BIERBEEK.

·         If you come from BRUSSELS turn left at the end of the exit.
If you come from LIEGE/LUIK turn right at the end of the exit.

·         At the first traffic light turn right (direction Haasrode Centrum).

·         Then you take the first street to the left. (do not drive over the bridge)

·         At the end of this street, turn LEFT at the T-crossing.

·         The first building on your right hand side is Vision Solutions.
You can park your car at the reserved Vision Solutions parking places.

The easiest way to reserve a taxi is to send your full flight details by fax to them while requesting to fetch you at the airport.

Do ask them for a confirmation by fax return to avoid surprises.

Just go to the left side once you've passed the Customs and are in the arrival hall. 
The taxi driver will be waiting for you between the coffee and book stand with a sign COMPANY NAME and/or NAME.
It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport (Zaventem-Brussels, Belgium ) to your hotel in Leuven and it costs about 50,00 EUR.

A cheaper alternative (a couple of Euros for a one-way ticket) is to take the train from the airport (Brussels/Zaventem) to Leuven .
There’s one scheduled every 15 minutes or so.

Depending on the traffic, you reach the office in Heverlee in about 10-15 minutes from the center in Leuven/hotel by taxi and cost is about 12,50 EUR.

Attendance Notes

Please return from all breaks at the requested time.

Sandwich lunches will be provided for by Vision Solutions. 

All students are asked to sign the class roster on the first morning of class. 

The dress code of the class is business casual attire. 

Temperature regulation in the classroom is not an exact science; please do wear layers of clothing to class. 

We have plenty of free parking available in front and next to the building.

Smoking is prohibited in the building; there is a smoking area outside nearby the main entrance.

Please remember to bring something to carry your training manuals home.

Please let us know in advance of the course date if you have any special needs such as assistance/accommodations for physical disabilities.
