Mads Toubro
Vice President of Business Development

Mads Toubro is responsible for global business development and strategic alliances at Vision Solutions. Prior to joining Vision in 2006, Mr. Toubro held numerous executive positions with IBM, last in the senior management team for System i in IBM's Systems and Technology Group. Mr. Toubro has served as the Global Sales and Business Development Executive for all Oracle business, as the Executive Assistant to the IBM General Manager for System i, and as Global Sales Executive for Linux and other new solution areas.

In IBM Global Services, Mr. Toubro served as the Global Offering Executive and Practice Leader for e-commerce Services, operating out of IBM's headquarter in Somers, New York. Prior to that assignment, Mr. Toubro was responsible for e-commerce and Network Computing offerings across Europe, Middle East and Africa, assigned to Milan, Italy, and Paris, France.

Mr. Toubro started his career with IBM in his native Denmark, where he launched the IBM Consulting Group in the Nordics, following positions in Systems Engineering and Programming in the Finance Sector. Mr. Toubro is a recognized, internationally experienced sales executive, consultant and business development leader in the IT industry. He is a renowned speaker and author of several articles about IT innovations, effectiveness and globalization. Mr. Toubro has a M.A. degree from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
