Pete Robie 
Senior Vice President of CustomerCare and Asia Services 

Pete Joined Vision in 2001 and has continued to develop CustomerCare operations in all areas of the world. Prior to joining Vision Solutions, Pete was the Director of Worldwide Response Centers for FileNet Corporation. Pete was with FileNet for 17 years and served a variety of positions in the support organization. During this time he was also responsible for building the European Support Centers and follow-the-sun support structure. He also was among the first in the industry to obtain SCP certification for all support centers at FileNet.
