Prior to joining Vision Solutions, Mr. Davis held a variety of senior financial management positions in the technology industry including serving as Vice President Finance of a publicly-held developer of simulation software used in product development applications as well as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance & Accounting of a privately-held developer and publisher of video game entertainment software. Prior to specializing in the technology industry, Mr. Davis accumulated 17 years of experience in the public accounting industry where he was a partner with two national public accounting firms.

Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California.
