Kristine L. Brooks
General Counsel 

Kristine Brooks is the General Counsel of Vision Solutions, Inc., and represents the company's legal interests on a worldwide basis. Ms. Brooks began her career with Vision Solutions in 1996 focusing her efforts on intellectual property licensing and transactions, mergers, acquisitions and business litigation. Prior to joining Vision Solutions she was employed with Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc., where she was responsible for strategic license transactions with various partners such as IBM and Dell. Ms. Brooks attended University of Oregon and Western State University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Law as well as a Juris Doctor. She is an active member with the California State Bar as well as the Association of Corporate Counsel both on the national level and the Southern California chapter. Ms. Brooks also volunteers her time and skills with several non-profit equine associations including the Southern California Quarter Horse Exhibitors Association and the Southern California Professional Horseshow Association.
